• Found'n'Fixed an extremely annoying bug in the diff routines... changes to last line were being ignored in certain circumstances.
• textarea on edit page changed to width:99% in css. IE looses right side otherwise. Also had to place into a table to stop right hand margin creep in IE.
• comment input modified to use css. Also added input#comment to wikidx.css
• action=crypt removed. Now accessible as a standalone page in the tools/ directory
• Added a utf-ascii conversion tool.
• action=changes removed. Replaced with a {{showchanges}} page command
• actions diff & showdiff added back in.
