html bug. extra </div> being written out during section/header indentation routine

Skinning enhanced.
- Skin specific code can now be added into the skin directory (via skin.php file)
- {{useskin:<skin> <alttext>}} command added. Views page using the skin. Not permanent
- {{setskin:<skin> <alttext>}} command added. Permanently sets skin in cookie
Search extended to include full utf8 charcter searching.

function calls from template can now have  as parameters.
template directive no longer have to live on individual lines. (see browse.wtp)
Add ['FileExists'] to clsUtil::FormatPagename()
corrected section editing on included pages, both from the wiki page and the template.
includepage template directive now working.
img properties.. display size can be added via ?nnnxnnn, ie

 [[http://...../pic.gif?100]] - set width to 100 
 [[http://...../pic.gif?100x50]] - set width to 100, height to 50 
 [[http://...../pic.gif]] - use properties of image (via getimagesize() )

Fixed small bug in links. They were always converted to lowercase.

Page deletion ($DeleteKey) - by default is <null>
CamelCase optional. Note: Any generated html MUST be lowercase. ie div names etc....

Section editing added. Sections defined by header markup (!!! at start of line). If only one section then no section editing is displayed. This is really dependant on the header syntax!!!

{{include <page>}} command, and  template directive now working
'revert' action removed. Now use edit with rev=nnnnn parm
showdiff now allows view of old page version, via rev=nnnn. Msg appears on page
revert now working.
merged diff and showdiff templates into browse.wtp.
replaced __missing.xml with a msg file entry
